The new of Montreal album “False Priest” that I did design work for, is available for
purchase today. The label gave me an early preview of it a few weeks ago, and it’s definitely a different sound – with Jon Brion as producer, featuring vocals from Janelle Monae and Solange Knowles.
The packaging ended up not being as intricate as the previous two albums, but there is a lot to be said for simplicity. Plus, this band has a lot more up their sleeve soon to be released… Stay tuned. For now, “False Priest” is all I can (finally) talk about:
