I didn't have the new bike, but I was able to trudge on the heavy 3-speed Hercules. I took a nice 2 hour nap after.

Side note: a long bike ride deserved a good homemade meal. Warm quinoa salad, with cumin-peppered zucchini and tofu, topped off with sliced almonds, cilantro, avocado, and a fried egg.
